Irony
I hate guns. The day after Newtown I get a call about a job installing gun safes, I’ve been out of work for six months so turning down work is not an option. I was torn and worried about being around gun nuts and Republicans. I found that beyond the politics and ignorant beliefs the people weren’t the monsters I envisioned ..as long as I keep quiet about being a progressive Democrat I get along just fine….I find solice in the fact that I get to participate in gun safety. I have to to a gun show today to set up a safe display…the irony. I want to scream at these people but it just be pointless to even attempt to reason with these people about guns. Guns kill …that’s it.
